DHYAN MEDITATION CENTER

Welcome to Dhyan

Nestled at the foothills of the Apennines in the beautiful region of Emilia-Romagna, between Piacenza and Parma, Dhyan is a peaceful sanctuary dedicated to meditation, self-discovery, and inner transformation.

Here we share a wide range of practices, including OSHO Meditations, OSHO Meditative Therapies, Devageet’s Akashic Processes, Transomatic Starlight Dialogue, Kirlian Energy Diagnosis, and Sahasi Breast Care Massage Therapy. Above all, Dhyan is a place where people come together to deepen their meditation practice, reconnect with themselves, and explore consciousness in a supportive environment.

The house features a spacious meditation hall, four comfortable double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and a beautiful garden surrounded by nature. We serve fresh, organic vegetarian cuisine with a strong emphasis on macrobiotic cooking, accompanied by a wide selection of herbal teas. Dhyan offers a peaceful atmosphere, free from the distractions of everyday life—a space for digital detox, relaxation, and meaningful inner journeys.

We warmly welcome everyone who feels called to meditate with us—whether you wish to join one of our meditation retreats, experience Akashic Processes or other meditative therapies, or simply share the joy of meditation in a nurturing community.

Daily meditation sessions include OSHO Dynamic Meditation or OSHO Mandala Meditation in the morning, followed by OSHO Kundalini Meditation and the OSHO Evening Meeting in the evening. A variety of other OSHO meditations are also available throughout your stay.

We look forward to welcoming you to Dhyan and sharing this journey together. 🙂

“Meditation is enjoying oneself, just sitting silently doing nothing: happy, joyous without any reason, because all reasons come from outside. You meet a beautiful woman and you are happy, or you meet a beautiful man and you are happy – but the meditator is simply happy. His happiness has no reason from the outside world; his happiness wells up within himself.”
Osho
“If you love a flower, don’t pick it up.
Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love.
So if you love a flower, let it be.
Love is not about possession.
Love is about appreciation.”
Osho
“To be creative means to be in love with life. You can be creative only if you love life enough that you want to enhance its beauty, you want to bring a little more music to it, a little more poetry to it, a little more dance to it.”
Osho
“Courage Is a Love Affair with the Unknown”
Osho
“My meditation is simple. It does not require any complex practices. It is simple. It is singing. It is dancing. It is sitting silently”
Osho
“I live my life based on 2 principles. One, I live as if today was my last day on earth. Two, I live today as if I am going to live forever.”
Osho
“Find ecstasy within yourself. It is not out there. It is in your innermost flowering. The one you are looking for is you.”
Osho
“Be less of a judge and you will be surprised that when you become a witness and you don’t judge yourself, you stop judging others too. And that makes you more human, more compassionate, more understanding.”
Osho

„Love, to be really love, has to be being-love, gift-love. Being-love means a state of love. When you have arrived home, when you have known who you are, then a love arises in your being. Then the fragrance spreads and you can give it to others.”
Osho

„Your Mind is a Garden,
Your Thoughts are the Seeds.
You can grow Flowers
or weeds…“
Osho

Prem Yatri

Prem Yatri met Osho in 1986, an encounter that profoundly shaped his life’s journey. Since then, he has been a dedicated member of the OSHO community in Pune, India. In 1993, he began assisting Swami Devageet, whose work deeply inspired him and became a lasting source of learning and passion.

Prem Yatri is a certified facilitator of OSHO Meditations and OSHO Meditative Therapies, including OSHO Mystic Rose, OSHO No-Mind, and Who Is In. His training also includes Advanced Kinesiology, Tibetan Pulsing, and Hypnosis. Drawing on more than four decades of experience in meditation and energy work, he developed KION Energy Analysis, a method that uses bio-energy photography to explore the effects of meditation on personal growth, well-being, and the healing process.

Having lived and practiced in various OSHO meditation communities over many years, Prem Yatri brings a wealth of experience to his work. His natural playfulness, warmth, and joyful presence create a safe and welcoming space where people can relax, explore meditation with ease, and discover for themselves how the state of no-mind becomes a source of love, joy, creativity, and laughter.

Prem Sandipa

Prem Sandipa has lived in OSHO meditation communities, travelled extensively around the world, and devoted her life to meditation, movement, dance, and the exploration of our essential nature. She is passionate about sharing these experiences and inspiring others to discover greater freedom, authenticity, inner peace, and a deeper connection with themselves.

As a psychologist, Sandipa gradually came to recognize that meditation is an essential foundation for profound therapeutic work. By integrating her professional background with the spiritual dimension, she discovered that genuine healing and lasting transformation arise not only through understanding the mind, but through entering silence, stillness, and the deepest truth within ourselves—the place from which real healing naturally unfolds.

Her work reflects this integration of psychology and meditation, offering a space where self-awareness, compassion, and presence can grow together. She believes that when we reconnect with our inner silence, we become more capable of meeting life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and an open heart.

In her own life, Sandipa enjoys bringing the awareness cultivated in meditation retreats into the simplicity of everyday living. With gratitude, she has witnessed a growing capacity to embrace difficult situations with calmness, kindness, and humility. At the same time, she finds deeper joy in life’s simple moments, experiences human connection with greater presence, and looks toward the natural completion of life’s journey with increasing trust and less fear.
